⁸^(A)I am Yahweh, that is ^(B)My name;
I will not give My ^(C)glory to another,
Nor My praise to ^[a]graven images.
⁹Behold, the ^(D)former things have come to pass;
Now I declare ^(E)new things;
Before they spring forth I cause you to hear them.”

¹⁰Sing to Yahweh a ^(F)new song,
Sing His praise from the ^(G)end of the earth!
^(H)You who go down to the sea, ^(I)as well as its fullness.
You ^(J)coastlands, and those who inhabit them.
